Great service! Brandon did great replacing the lock and handle on our front door. He was also flexible with our clients coming in and out of the door while he worked.
He was quite friendly and his professionalism when going over the invoice was great. He also answered any questions I had about the changes on the door!

Alexander was so helpful and quick with service. He was hired to remove the swinging door between the front of house and back of house of the store I work at. He was kind and respectful of business, moving around us while we continued to work around him and did his best to stay out of our way so that we could continue to serve customers to the best of our ability. 10/10 would recommend

I have stores that I manage up in Sacramento and Vortex always comes through when I need them. My company pays 30 days out and they never have a problem with that. I called close to end of day one time, and they said they could not help me until the following day, but I told them it was emergency and they made it happen that night.
