What Our Customers Are Saying

Excellent
David P.
Window broke on the 29th of November they came by that day and measured it. So good so far right? Well its been 20 days and still no window. They came by one other time to measure again and now I'm left in the cold. Their window repair department has failed at every turn. Hope they eventually show up.
They did this job but not in a timely manner.
We did however need another window about a year later and this one went much better.
I would recommend them at this point.

Jeff and Michael did an exceptional job and fixing our doors and even went over and above to ensure all the little details were handled. We would highly recommend Vortex for all future projects!

Jason did amazing and got my drive window done in a flash and also stayed another 10 mins to fix our front door lock so it would stop seizing up. Highly recommend Jason and his work!!!

The service was amazing!!! He got right to work on some of the small issues and broke down repair quotes by door to make it super easy! When the other door companies dropped the ball time after time, Vortex came through in moments and provided amazing service. 10/10 I would recommend and use again.
