Donald provided professional and excellent service installing door closers on the lobby doors at The Carlyle in Carlsbad. He was friendly and pleasant to work with. These door closers are exactly what we needed to keep our condo secure and we will continue to use Vortex to service our doors.

Jeff Burbine was very knowledgeable answered all my questions fix the door perfectly thanks for sending them. We would love to also have them back for the other replacement doors.

Finding tradesman with any level of customer service is rare. Kenny is the exception. Kept it simple got in, got out and the job is done in time for lunch. Went above and beyond with to fix the little things with a bit of extra care. That last 10 percent. A dude you don’t mind having in your space. Left alone to do his task. Not common in Vegas. Thanks again👍 Big help.
