Daniel Castro and the rest of the Vortex team was beyond helpful and exceptionally timely! I called in an emergency door repair at 3:30 pm on a Friday and they were able to get a tech on-site by 5 pm. By Monday morning I had a full report and proposal with pictures and a detailed explanation. Daniel was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Vortex is now my preferred door vendor. Thanks!

The workers, Kevin & Carlos were so awesome while @ my local Anytime Fitness in Kyle. They were respectful to members coming in & out to the door while they worked on it. They ALSO FIXED IT! YES!

Had a great experience with Vortex, called a lot of places before them and got turned down. Called Vortex and they did it all. Selina has been great to work with since the beginning, very well spoken and her communication was excellent. The door techs were very professional and came in and got straight to work. Would recommend to anyone looking for work needed on doors.

We have been using Vortex Doors for our facility for about two years now, and so far, we plan to still use them for our facility. Just recently, we were having issues with our swing gates, and even looking at the manuals, we couldn't figure it out. We placed a call, and the next day, Austin showed up.
