This review is in regards to 2 separate jobs. Thank you Cole, Steven and Brent. They put in some serious work in all kinds of weather and still keep a great attitude while working. Our team has noticed on multiple jobs that they want to get the job done and with quality. Thank you Shane for getting a great group of techs out here to help us keep our operation going!

Vortex has been amazing at getting our doors fixed at my work place. Sean and Lupe are knowledgeable and amazing, working efficiently and quickly to resolve our issues. I would love to have them back next time we have any door issues!

I always call Vortex doors when I need the doors on my campus repaired and I request Ken. He always takes good care of us. He's polite and professional to all our students and staff and does a fantastic job. We're a busy campus and always have a lot going on and dispite that Ken always is so calm and easy going. I like how he takes time to explain to me what is going on with the door/doors and lets me know how he will make the repairs to get us back up and running. I know when I call Vortex that we're in good hands.

Reliable and knowledgeable Jacob and Jose were able to have our dock plates up and running the same day.

Ralph was very professional. He did a very good job installing panic hardware to our free egress gates. The gates were solid before, but now they are fort Knox!
