Joe Salinas was the one who helped at the time. He was friendly and communicated what the problem was exactly. Thankful for the help!

Henry was able to fix our commercial front door with a panic bar latch that wasn't latching and a closer that was shot. The door is quite old and there was a lot of corrosion in the mechanisms. He was a pleasure to work with and exhibited the expertise needed - the door is closing and latching well now.

Jon did a great job fixing our pocket door. I was concerned he'd have to rip into the wall to fix the door but nope! He even cleaned up after himself which is rare now days.

We just had a vertical security bar installed between our front doors yesterday. I was a little nervous about how the device would impact function until Jason spent some time making little adjustments at my request including swing speed, closing sound level, etc. I'm actually very happy with the job he and the team did.
