Chris Gomez came out to our United health group facility today and promptly diagnosed the issue with our roll up door. He was polite, communicative and very professional. Hey got the parts ordered and hopefully they send him back out to put in the part.

It is above & beyond, that you get from this team! Kevin & Carlos really locked in & fixed a previous disaster that was left for them. They communicated there struggles but never gave up on it. We are so grateful for getting the right guys!

Anthony worked very carefully and patiently to fix our broken roll-up door. He also try to repair the old door as much as possible to avoid replacing a new door. The job was perfectly done.

I called Vortex this morning, provided my company's information and address. The receptionist who answered was polite and told me a tech would call on there Arrival, to which Vincent did. I met with Vincent outside, clean and professional appearance in both himself and vehicle. I explained the issues with both the gate and bay door. Vincent quickly assessed the problem, suggested some technical expertise and resolved the problem quickly. Now my business can go back to normal operation safely. This was my 3rd experience with Vortex coming out to service my company's doors and they have always been friendly and professional. Today was no different. Raul was awesome. Got the job done perfectly and in almost no time. The door and doorway are cleaner than before he got here! Top notch service.

Nigel and Kevin helped us tremendously today. We had a couple issues with some doors in our space that were hindering our member experience, but not any more thanks to Nigel and Kevin. Whenever we see them on the schedule to be here, we know our problems will be solved. Thanks again fellas!

Irving and Dymitry were AMAZING!!! Payed attention to detail and noticed that the door was not fully aligned and they took their time to align is without us mentioning. Only reason I point this level of attention is due to having many other vortex technicians come out and just do what they had to do and leave. Knowing that they were going to get paid regardless. They also both had GREAT communication skills as well as their customer service!!

Great quick service. Explained what was the problem and fixed it on the spot. Definitely 5 star service. Tyler and Danny were very professional and knowledgeable.
