Raplh Rendon was polite and courteous. This is his second time helping us with this door. Both times, he has been a pleasure to deal with. The prices are a bit high, but good customer service kind of balances it out....kinda!

The technician, Manny, was very kind and super helpful. He fixed our door quickly and answered all our questions.

As a business owner, I understand that despite our best intentions, things don't always go the way you might want them to. As a consumer, I realize that it is times like this that a company shows it's true colors. My first interaction with Vortex left me feeling less than pleased with the outcome, and I told them as much when they emailed a satisfaction survey. I never really expected they would follow up. But, follow up they did. I got a phone call from Steve Wickens, asking if he could stop by my office and talk about my experience; the next day he was sitting in front of me, asking how to make it right. We talked it over and in the end, Steve made it right. I'm sure there was no profit left in the job for them, and considering I only have a small building with one door, I'm not likely to need them again anytime soon. Steve's only possible motivation was personal and professional integrity; traits that are pretty rare these days. Thank you Steve, thank you Vortex, you have earned my respect, and you have earned this 5 star review. I would happily use your services again and recommend you to anyone.

Wyatt and Johnny came out to replace a door at our storage facility. They did an amazing job. They communicated very well, they were very friendly. They were here on time and worked hard the entire time. they took down the old door and installed the new one in just a couple of hours. I would recommend them to everyone! Great job!

Extremely satisfied with the work Vortex did for us. Shawn met me at a few locations. I explained in detail, what was needed. This gentleman exceeded expectations. The work was first class, but what impressed me the most was the crew he sent. Moe and Stoney! These two techs were very knowledgeable and professional. I cannot wait to have all 3 help us with future projects.
