Met with Devin today and worked out an agreement that was agreeable to both parties. Overall, we are very happy with the work, and they have notated our account to prevent any future unauthorized work from being done before it is quoted and pricing is approved.

The work that was done was fine, but we were originally quoted $1300. There was some additional work that was suggested by the technician, which is also fine. However, there was no discussion about the cost of that additional work. We later (as another reviewer noted) had to ask for an invoice, and it was $7200.

I feel that an increase of more than four times the original estimate should warrant a discussion about the increase in cost. One of our representatives did authorize the additional work, but the responsibility to inform us of the additional cost lies with Vortex, and that did not happen.

Miguel and Dustin did a great job replacing our front door and our aluminum grille.

Wes did a great job.

Mark saved the day!! He came out to give me an estimate on a huge glass door at my shop that wouldn't open, and fixed my problem with a screw driver in 5 minutes. No charge! Now THAT deserves 6 stars!! Super nice guy too... will certainly call him again if I ever have another issue.

Ray was very awesome. Very nice and explained everything he will be working on for our work order. Glad he was our tech.

Amador was very thorough in his work and explanation.

Donald and Tony came ou to our business and fixed both doors in our unit, they were professional, didn't take short cuts, did a few extra things, cleaned up after themselves, did all kinds of extra little adjustments, they did a great job.

Ray and Jose are so great! They're super friendly and professional! We love Vortex Doors and are loyal customers!
