Francisco arrived on property and quickly got to work on repairing a lobby door that needed repairs. Previously, three other technicians attempted to repair the door and all were unsuccessful. Francisco diligently inspected the door and various parts, made the needed repairs and then followed through with several others related repairs that he had discovered while troubleshooting. Vortex has come out to Panera and fixed our front doors on two separate occasions. The original hinges on the doors were weak and eventually broke. They replaced our hinges and the doors are solid, no more sagging. Dylan did a great job, very professional and got the job in a timely manner.

Tano was sent to fix our clinic doors and he did an amazing job!!! Very happy with the service provided.
