Sergio is a lifesaver! He came out and helped us with our pedestrian, parking and trash gate. He’s well versed in all aspects of repairs. I will definitely be requesting him by name and you should to! Vortex, I thank you for having him on your roster!

Martin has repaired our a couple of doors and has come out twice in the past couple of months. He's done an amazing job with repairing the issues, explaining everything to me with detail and does give me more recommendations. Antoinette and Tricia at the office have been very helpful as well. Very satisfied with Vortex overall.

I had three door contractors look at my exterior office doors, trying to solve a persistent problem with electric latching & unlatching. One gave up, one proposed complete door replacement. Vortex proposed starting with a modest tune up of the hardware to see if that solved the problem. That did make the doors close and latch reliably, so it was a big improvement. Unlatching was still unreliable, do they came up with a complete package to upgrade the latch system. The techs were friendly and on time. They completed the project on time. My doors now work perfectly. I'll certainly be using Vortex for other projects.
