Excellent service and got the church out of a jam, when we couldn't lock the doors. Wesley did a great job and paid attention to detail. He pointed out some things to pay attention to. Maybe next time it won't be an emergency!

Ralph was awesome ! We have had this issue with our doors for a year now and he knew exactly how to fix the issue. Not only did he fix it he also cleaned our glass and that was the extra mile for us. Kind, and professional. Definitely pleased to know we won't have any worries in the future.

I don't usually do this, but Eric deserves more than 5 stars. It was by far the best experience. Eric is very professional and knows what he is doing. If you want to fix your gate. Call Vortex and make sure you want ERIC to come out on your site. You won't regret/waste your time.

We had Sergio come assess an issue with our door. He was very thorough and openly communicated what work was needed to have our door operating properly. Sergio returned with the necessary parts and had us up and running with a quick turnaround time.

I come from a customer service background so I appreciate above and beyond service. Avrelio and Roberto came to work on our doors and they were kind, knowledgeable, fast and efficient. Their attention to detail and customer satisfaction along with their knowledge and willingness to help get things done for me did not go unnoticed or unappreciated. Their kind and friendly demeanor made this a truly great experience. From the minute I called the office until they left the service and communication was amazing. A huge Thank you to these 2 guys!
