The technicians were on-time, knowledgeable and provided great service beyond my expectations. I have used Vortex several times over the years to repair and replace doors at my church. They are on my speed dial.

Honestly there was a point where I wanted to change vendors but when they sent us Eric Rivera over to us he really turned things around for us here at Sci-Arc he really takes care of us to the point where I know hes going to fix the issue for us. His knowledge of our doors is really amazing to where I'm surprised he's still in the field and has not been promote which would be a great loos for us to lose him. But over all if you want it done right make sure they send you Eric super honest and pays attention to the smallest detail which is cleaning up after he done and wouldn't even know he worked on anything.

Martin Armendariz came to help us fix our door here at our warehouse, he was patient and kind and very helpful when explaining the process. Thank you Martin!

Customer service and quality work has always been the standard for this office. The entire staff from top to bottom has always been professional, courteous and helpful. A great company!

Text technicians made it out to the job site earlier than I anticipated. They were able to take care of a job well under the time expected before closing today. Not only did they correct the door closure for security but they were able to check out the workings of the automatic closers.Nice job. Thank you!
