The professionals at Vortex Doors were extremely helpful. The technician, Dan, diagnosed the problem right away and had all of the materials on his truck to fix the issue. The first company that came out was not able to identify the issue and never got back to us to follow up. We will use Vortex Doors in the future!

Joey did a great job

Brett was the technician sent by Vortex to our 8 story condo building. He replaced the hydraulic system that is attached to our keyless entry pad as well as our handicap push button. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in detail. Brett also installed a smaller hydraulic bar on a side door. We would definitely use Vortex again and I would ask for Brett to be the service technician.

We recently moved into a WHS space and found that our door desperately needed a service. As we approved the quote and had parts ordered, the door became stuck and wouldn't operate. Vortex made the extra effort to get us on their calendar immediately and the door was repaired quickly.

The best part of the entire experience were the technicians, Tano & Oscar. These two gentlemen were very professional, extremely courteous, & patient with all my questions. When they were done our doors were better than brand new. I was very impressed with their service and workmanship, and highly recommend them.
