Henry was able to fix our commercial front door with a panic bar latch that wasn't latching and a closer that was shot. The door is quite old and there was a lot of corrosion in the mechanisms. He was a pleasure to work with and exhibited the expertise needed - the door is closing and latching well now.

Spencer saved my day today. After getting locked out of my business by a luckily failed break in attempt, and after I called 4 other locksmiths in the area and was not successful to get someone to help me out . I Called Vortex and suddenly they showed up and was helped by Spencer who opened the door, switched out the locks, added guards and re-keyed a lock for me. And addressed some issues. Turnaround time was fast and no issues with the locks after. Will definitely call Vortex for my door services (which will come soon as discussed). Thanks again Spencer and Vortex.
