Spencer saved my day today. After getting locked out of my business by a luckily failed break in attempt, and after I called 4 other locksmiths in the area and was not successful to get someone to help me out . I Called Vortex and suddenly they showed up and was helped by Spencer who opened the door, switched out the locks, added guards and re-keyed a lock for me. And addressed some issues. Sheldon was very professional and not at all pushy in trying to get me to immediately adopt a long-term solution for my front office door. He showed me how to make a small adjustment to the door on my own, which allows me time to get funding to have the door fixed permanently. He didn't charge me for the visit, and he also advised me to check with the property owner to see if the property management agreement would cover part of the cost of the permanent fix. When it comes time to get the door fixed for good, I will definitely call Vortex! Highly recommended!
