Vortex has been there when I have need them most. They have provided me with all around service from Priscilla and the office staff always keeping me updated on service dates/times, making sure I'm aware of any changes to my planned services, then manny getting me set up with PM service for my 45 docks, And last but not least Tommy and his team are always there when I need them making sure my dock doors are in great condition and free from any hazards. They have really helped Ernest Packaging keep up with the docks while keeping the cost down.

Used them both professionally and personally, could not asked for better communication or service. I recently had the pleasure of meeting Edgar on a service/maintenance call for a rollup door, and he was professional, thorough, and did an excellent job. Again, cannot say more good things about vortex. Thank you.

Vortex did a wonderful job getting our new warehouse all set up for us. We kept getting in their way accidentally at times and were so chill about it. Steve was too kind always pausing so we can squeeze by. Highly recommend for their speed and efficiency!
