Meredith, Dani and the team at Vortex have been the MOST responsive contractor I have ever worked with! We switched to Vortex almost 2-years ago for a million dollar homes community that I manage in the tech center after several contractors that would 'fit us in when they could' and provided less than sub-par service. The office staff did a good job handling my call and I was able to get a repair appointment next day! Service completed well within time frame expected.
