Extremely satisfied with the work Vortex did for us. Shawn met me at a few locations. I explained in detail, what was needed. This gentleman exceeded expectations. The work was first class, but what impressed me the most was the crew he sent. Moe and Stoney! These two techs were very knowledgeable and professional. I cannot wait to have all 3 help us with future projects.

Anthony came by late at night because it was an urgent issue, great communication and fixed the door in less than 20 minutes, would totally recommend!

I had the wind smash the glass out of the entry door of my business. I called Vortex. The tech arrived to board it up within a couple hours and the glass was installed a couple days later. He also switched out our hinges and installed a closer. He was a real craftsman with extreme pride in his work. I could not be more impressed.

Irving and Dymitry were AMAZING!!! Payed attention to detail and noticed that the door was not fully aligned and they took their time to align is without us mentioning. Only reason I point this level of attention is due to having many other vortex technicians come out and just do what they had to do and leave. Knowing that they were going to get paid regardless. They also both had GREAT communication skills as well as their customer service!!

Jeff Burbine was excellent! There were issues with the initial wiring, but Jeff stayed ALL DAY to make sure it got done. He even cleaned up after he left leaving the place better than when he found it! I'd recommend him to any of our Options for Youth locations!
