Had a great experience with Vortex doors. We recently had an issue with a roll up door not functioning properly. Vortex doors sent a Technician named Jaime. Jaime was professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Jaime repaired our door in a timely manner and took the time to walks us through the issues and what repairs were made.

Carlos and Jose were quick, kind and courteous. They were able to fix our doors for us that we have been trying to get fixed for months and no one was able to do it until they came in.

EXCELLENT! ONTIME! KNOWLEDGABLE ON THEIR JOB DUTIES! No questions asked Both Kevin's were excellent in determining the cause and repair of our Hangar doors.

I want a give an excellent review to Bobby from vortex for his excellent work he has done for the university of houston 👍. He has great customer service skills and his work is second to none. He always finds the issue explains it to us and gives us great options to get it fixed. This is the best worker i have dealt with definitely worth recommending.

Vortex Doors does quality work. Pricing is fair. Communication is excellent. They do a good job of making sure they have all the necessary information when coming out in advance of starting the job, then send multiple updates while waiting for parts. We have had rollup door repairs and new rollup installations and a standard steel door installed and all are still working great. I would recommend Vortex for industrial door services.
