This was our first time using Vortex for our business, as we have always used Andy's Door/Lock in the past.I loved that I could request an appt through their website...and the response time was fast and friendly. Our tech was prompt, also very friendly, highly skilled and efficient...he even checked over the whole door, not just the part he repaired. He even did a detailed cleaning after he was finished. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Vortex...I was very impressed...and we will use them in the future every time..
