Eduardo was great! It's apparent through his demeanor and the quality of the finished product that he genuinely cares about his job.

Had an issue with my billing but after talking with Steve, the manager in Irvine, everything was resolved satisfactorily.

Leo from Vortex repaired 3 doors in our building. He walked me through all of the issues, explained he thought might be the issues and fixed all of 3 doors quickly and efficiently. Leo went above and beyond to provide all-around excellent service.

Jeff and his assistant Lupe were knowledgeable and extremely professional.

Window broke on the 29th of November they came by that day and measured it. So good so far right? Well its been 20 days and still no window. They came by one other time to measure again and now I'm left in the cold. Their window repair department has failed at every turn. Hope they eventually show up.
They did this job but not in a timely manner.
We did however need another window about a year later and this one went much better.
I would recommend them at this point.
