Mark saved the day!! He came out to give me an estimate on a huge glass door at my shop that wouldn't open, and fixed my problem with a screw driver in 5 minutes. No charge! Now THAT deserves 6 stars!! Super nice guy too... will certainly call him again if I ever have another issue.

I've had a great experience with Vortex. Their customer service rep was able to answer every question I had and scheduled a technician to come out swiftly. Christian came onsite today and blew me away by how knowledgeable he was about fixing the issue I had with an emergency exit door that was no longer opening. He was able to quickly troubleshoot the issue, provided more clarity on how this occurred, and ways to avoid this from reoccurring going forward. His customer service and professionalism stood out to me. I wish more service technicians were like this. He just raised the bar for every technician out there!!

Window broke on the 29th of November they came by that day and measured it. So good so far right? Well its been 20 days and still no window. They came by one other time to measure again and now I'm left in the cold. Their window repair department has failed at every turn. Hope they eventually show up. They did this job but not in a timely manner. We did however need another window about a year later and this one went much better. I would recommend them at this point.
