Then forwarded a written report in which he will have to return with a second technician to remove doors and make the necessary repair. Lisandro and Steven came in and expected the door fix to not be too bad. After removing the door they found the previously installer took a few short cuts. They were able to quickly pivot to repairing the issues and adjusting the door properly. They did excellent work and I was impressed with how well they managed to handle an 8ft tall glass door with just the two of them. Definitely friendly and efficient. Thank you!

Vortex door service is top notch! They were on time for the commercial proposal for the project we needed for our community. Window broke on the 29th of November they came by that day and measured it. So good so far right? Well its been 20 days and still no window. They came by one other time to measure again and now I'm left in the cold. Their window repair department has failed at every turn. Hope they eventually show up. They did this job but not in a timely manner. We did however need another window about a year later and this one went much better. I would recommend them at this point.

Vortex is always responsive. Lisandro and Lupe were able to figure out issue with herculite doors and leave with a job complete.

Only Legitimate door company that honors there warranties and backs up there work. Don't call anyone else. You get what you pay for.

Leo from Vortex repaired 3 doors in our building. He walked me through all of the issues, explained he thought might be the issues and fixed all of 3 doors quickly and efficiently. Leo went above and beyond to provide all-around excellent service.

As a business owner, I understand that despite our best intentions, things don't always go the way you might want them to. As a consumer, I realize that it is times like this that a company shows it's true colors. My first interaction with Vortex left me feeling less than pleased with the outcome, and I told them as much when they emailed a satisfaction survey. I never really expected they would follow up. But, follow up they did. I got a phone call from Steve Wickens, asking if he could stop by my office and talk about my experience; the next day he was sitting in front of me, asking how to make it right. We talked it over and in the end, Steve made it right. I'm sure there was no profit left in the job for them, and considering I only have a small building with one door, I'm not likely to need them again anytime soon. Steve's only possible motivation was personal and professional integrity; traits that are pretty rare these days. Thank you Steve, thank you Vortex, you have earned my respect, and you have earned this 5 star review. I would happily use your services again and recommend you to anyone.
